Change Agents will always work within the principles of co-operation to:

Promote the empowerment, engagement and participation of Older People.

Engage with public sector reform.

Promote co-production in service design and delivery.

Put co-operative theory into practice.

Promote learning using the community of practice model.

Promote co-operative identity, values and principles.

Promote social justice between the generations.

Promote the implementation of the United Nations Principles for Older Persons (Resolution 46/91)
